Das Haus war sauber, modern eingerichtet, roch angenehm und war ausbruchsicher für Hunde. Sehr positiv war auch, dass wir unsere Hunde ohne Aufpreis mitbringen konnten. Die Klimaanlage hat zuverlässig funktioniert und für ein gutes Raumklima gesorgt.
Leider gab es einige Punkte, die den Aufenthalt getrübt haben: Im Garten lag eine große Glasscherbe, an der sich unsere Hunde hätten verletzen können. Rechts vom Haus standen Mülltonne, Gartenverschnitt, Plastikreste sowie Besen und Wischmopp das wirkte ungepflegt. Die 35 qm Wohnfläche sind zwar korrekt angegeben, wirken in der Realität jedoch sehr eng, besonders mit zwei Personen und Hunden. Ein weiterer wichtiger Punkt: In der Beschreibung hieß es, dass man die Unterkunft für sich alleine hat. Tatsächlich mussten wir uns das Grundstück aber mit einem zweiten Haus teilen. Der Nachbar hatte eine große, gepflegte Grünfläche mit überdachter Terrasse, während unsere Terrasse ungeschützt war und ab dem Morgen bis Nachmittag voll in der Sonne lag. Das war bei warmem Wetter sehr unangenehm, da es drinnen ebenfalls eng war. Im Innenbereich schlossen mehrere Türen nicht richtig (Schlafzimmer, Bad, Dusche, Terrasse). Die Terrassentür ließ sich nicht abschließen, was wegen der Wertsachen ungünstig war. Die Duschtür musste angehoben werden und klemmte stark. Das Leitungswasser war anfangs trüb, weshalb wir Wasser kaufen mussten. Etwas unprofessionell wirkte auch, dass zwar eine Flasche Wein bereitstand, aber kein Korkenzieher im Haus war. Durch das Blechdach war Regen im Inneren extrem laut. Besonders enttäuschend war die Kommunikation beim Vorfall mit der großen Glasscheibe hinter dem Sofa. Das Sofa stand bereits bei unserer Ankunft direkt an der Scheibe und wurde von uns nicht bewegt. Dennoch warf uns die Gastgeberin vor, es verschoben zu haben, und forderte sofort eine Zahlung ohne unsere Sichtweise oder Beweise abzuwarten. Das empfanden wir als sehr unfair und unfreundlich.

Das Haus ist recht gut ausgestattet, im Prinzip gibt es alles, was man brauchen könnte. Nur den Korkenzieher und die Waschemachine konnte ich nicht finden.
Die Toilette in der oberen Etage riecht stark. Da sich alle Schlafräume ebenfalls in der oberen Etage befinden, zieht der Geruch bis in die Schlafzimmer. Die Treppe ist sehr steil und nicht mit Anti-Rutsch Streifen gesichert. Sowohl unsere Tochter als auch ich sind die Treppe heruntergefallen. Ich habe mir dabei mehrere Prellungen zugezogen. Trotz Meldung beim Vermieter, gab es leider keine Reaktion seitens des Vermieters.

Eingezäuntes Grundstück
Während unseres Aufenthalts waren Bauarbeiter am bauen auf dem Grundstück. Diese Information kam wenige Stunden vor Anreise. Darüber hinaus hat das ganze Haus nach Abfluss gerochen, da die Klärgrube voll war. Sehr schade!

Es war zwar klein, aber sehr gemütlich. Die Terrasse war unfassbar schön zum relaxen! Die ruhige Lage und die nähe zu den Stränden war optimal!
