Cremades Duke Apartment

La casa molto grande e accogliente, per andare al mare bisognava prendere la macchina ma con 10 minuti si arrivava al lungo mare della Malagueta. La sera in 5 minuti a piedi si arrivava a tutta la movida del centro di Málaga. Ben collegata con tutto, qualsiasi necessità di cui avevi bisogno c’era: alimentari (uno proprio sotto casa), farmacie, bar ecc.. che si potevano raggiungere a piedi.

Purtroppo quando si accendeva l’aria condizionata usciva una puzza terribile, come di fogna. Nel bagno abbiamo trovato anche degli animali come blatte, forse uscite proprio dalle bocchette dell’aria. Altra cosa negativa era il parcheggio, che purtroppo c’erano giorni in cui si doveva girare anche per 20 minuti per trovarlo.

C'è tutto l'occorrente per una perfetta vacanza in appartamento. Non ci è mancato nulla. Ci ritorneremo.

L'unica piccola pecca è stato il check out che è avvenuto come programmato per dare la giusta opportunità di pulire. Un Sarebbe bastato avere l'indirizzo di uno dei tanti bag locker che ci sono in città e che purtroppo abbiamo scoperto troppo tardi. Non vuole essere una critica ma semmai un suggerimento! Un servizio che non costa nulla e può risolvere eventuali divergenze con persone meno corrette di noi! :)

The apartment was very nice and comfortable. It was near the center. It has many shops around it so good, from the grocery shops to any other necessities.

We like the enormous space of the property and comfortable bed. We also like the convenience of the enormous supermarket literally next door that has everything.

We had a pushchair with a toddler that we had to carry up and down the stairs because the lift was not working during the entire 1 month stay. There is a renovation going on the ground floor so it was constant drilling/hammering noise and dust everyday. The 24/7 sewage smell when you use the air conditioning so we had to turn air conditioning off to get rid of the sewage smell. There was nobody to greet us to give us the key which is not a problem but there was no key lock box at the front door of the building so we waited half an hour to be given access by remote. There was no plug for the bath so we couldn’t give our toddler a bath, she was forced to have a shower without a shower slip proof mat which is dangerous as she was slipping. The WiFi is extremely unreliable and doesn’t work in the spare bedrooms and spare bathroom. The blind shutter in the bedroom doesn’t work as it can’t open and the noise of the road is extremely loud during the nights.
