Lovely and clean space, comfy beds, excellent 24/7 communication from host team via WhatsApp with any issues, really beautiful apartment and balcony!
Check-in could have been smoother - we had an issue with initially getting into the main building as the instructions to press the intercom and press a button on the app did not work. We eventually got into the building via a neighbour, but the code given to us for the apartment door did not work either. However, the 24/7 team were extremely helpful and reset the code from their side within ten minutes of calling them. Spoke Spanish and English too!
