Newly decorated with amenities at the heart of Playa del Carmen at the Rivera Maya.
Check out is at 11am- no exceptions-guests checking out after 11am will be charged an additional night. No Kids. No Smoking. No more than 4 people occupying the condo. Cleaning service is provided and required in order to keep the condo maintained. Cleaning lady must be granted access.

Couldn’t beat this condo for maximum comfort, and amenities. Host thought of everything to guarantee a pleasant stay. Instructions for microwave and washer-dryer would have been helpful my only suggestion. Host friendly and responsive. I highly recommend

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights. Unit was very clean and the manager, Bailey was very responsive to any communication that we had with her. There were a couple of minor problems which she fixed immediately.
