About this apartment rental
The accommodation
Interior and exterior new windows just replaced and bathroom renewed.
2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the possibility of adding a cot for children for free, the other with two single beds), lounge with comfortable sofa bed for one and a half, equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, terrace, large shared garden and free parking in front of the house.

Iron, microwave, oven, coffee machine, various kitchen appliances (Hot dog machine, Pop Corn machine, etc.) At your disposal also the kit of bottles with card to stock up on water (natural and sparkling) at the house of the water that is located just behind the house.

The district
The area is very quiet, within walking distance there are restaurants, pizzerias, bakery, playgrounds, soccer field, wellness and spa center with swimming pool (Gardacqua) and walking paths.
A tour in the surroundings
Garda is located between Bardolino and Torri del Benaco, and is in an excellent position to reach both the mountains and the beaches. The ski lifts are located less than an hour while the city center of Verona about 30/35 minutes.

Tatianas Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können es nur weiterempfehlen.
Die Nähe zu ein paar guten Restaurants muss hier auch nochmals erwähnt werden.

Nous sommes une famille de 3 personnes dont une petite fille de 4 ans. La petite maison est très agréable et très propre. On s'y sent bien. Les voisins sont très gentils et toujours présents pour nous donner des conseils de visite ainsi que de belles prunes du jardin.

Sauber, zentrale Lage für Ausflüge, unkomplizierte und schnelle Klärung von Fragen. Tolle, hilfsbereite Nachbarn. Aufgrund hoher Temperaturen stellte uns Tatiana auch kostenfrei eine Klimaanlage zur Verfügung. Auch ein Begrüssungspaket mit Rotwein und Kaffee stand bereit. Alles in allem ein erholsamer, schöner Urlaub als Familie mit 2 Kindern und 2 Huskies. Sehr zu empfehlen. Danke Tatiana und Danke Carlo !

Ich habe in diesem herrlichen Feriendomizil mit meinem Mann, meinen beiden Kindern (18 und 20 Jahre) und meinem Hund eine wundervolle Woche erlebt. Die Lage ist ideal, weil Garda in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar ist. Ohne auch – meine Tochter ist jeden Morgen zur Seepromenade gejoggt. Die Terrasse und der Garten sind herrlich für Menschen, wie für Hunde und die italienische Nachbarschaft hat uns das Gefühl gegeben, irgendwie dazuzugehören. In der Küche hat es Spaß gemacht, zu kochen (wenn sie auch nicht ideal ausgestattet ist, macht aber nichts), und auch die übrigen Räume haben uns gefallen. Ganz besonders toll fand ich die gleichermaßen freundliche, zuverlässige, wie auch unkomplizierte Art unserer Vermieterin Tatiana, die all unsere Wünsche in einer enormen Geschwindigkeit in Erfüllung gehen ließ. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und planen nächstes Jahr wiederzukommen. Danke für alles, Tatiana.
