Ancient hut that has just been renovated and transformed into a delightful cottage located in a charming 16th century village in the Chianti region surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. The house is furnished with period furniture and consists of a living area with kitchen space, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. There are all the appliances, heating and air conditioning. Outside there is a small courtyard and green spaces owned by the owner of the cottage that can be used by guests but are not fenced. It is 500 meters above sea level. It is 15 km from Siena and San Gimignano, 5 km from Monteriggioni, 35 km from Florence and 2 km from Castellina in Chianti where there are wine bars, bars, typical restaurants, grocery stores, post office, pharmacy and banks. Pets will be welcome as long as they are well behaved. Ideal place to learn about the Tuscan countryside, visit the most beautiful Italian art locations and understand their history and traditions. The structure is gay friendly.
