About this cottage rental
This newly renovated 2 bed room, 1 bath, private Cottage with private one slip dock on Grand Lake sleeps 8. It was purchased by Poseidon Properties, LLC and has been under an extensive renovation. It is finally available. The house features views of the lake from all rooms. All new plumbing & electrical with new fixtures, new central heating and air conditioning, new beds and bedding, new furniture and appliances.
The main bedroom features a king size bed with an armoire, an open concept closet area and views of the lake. The second bedroom features a queen bed along with a twin over full bunk, a dresser and closet area. The large bathroom has a double sink vanity area and a tub / shower (laundry facilities to be added). The kitchen has all new appliances including stove / oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, a standard 12-cup coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker, cookware, dinnerware, glasses and coffee cups, silverware and utensils. Off the kitchen is a bar area with four bar stools. The dining room has seating for 6 at the table with two additional seats at the pass bar area along with a buffet table. The living room features a large leather couch with matching chair and ottoman. The couch has a pull out queen size bed with memory foam mattress. There's a game table with Pub style seating and a 60-inch digital flat screen TV with Wi-Fi channels featuring Netflix, Hulu and various other channels. Below the tv is the electric fireplace. There's a cabinet in the living room that contains various board games and bedding for the pull out bed. The rear French doors open to a deck area outside. Next to that is a propane grill with 5 burners, a fire pit area, a picnic table with seating for 8 and access to the one slip private dock suitable for fishing, swimming and hanging out on the lake, spectacular views, a beautiful cove with everything you need for a fabulous vacation get-a-way. We offer plenty of parking, 2 boat ramp options within walking distance. Located north of sailboat bridge in Grove, OK, approx. 1 Mi. from the new Cherokee Casino. We stayed at the property for a week as we were in town for the high school bass fishing nationals. The property and house was perfect for what we needed. We were greeted by our hosts who took the time to show us the property, where things were, and answer any questions we had. I really appreciated their thorough communication and approach to customer service from the initial property booking to our last day. If/when we are ever back in Grove, OK we hope this property is available to stay again.

The tastefully remodeled Cottage was clean, comfortable, and roomy and included all the essential amenities. One of our hosts, Matthew, greeted us upon arrival. Could not have asked for a more friendly, informative and accommodating host. Communications with Matthew were a breeze. We rented (from Water Trix — also recommended) a pontoon boat, which we kept overnight at our dock. Quiet neighborhood and cove. The mornings were fantastic watching the sun rise on the lake. Although we mostly ate-in using the well-appointed kitchen, we managed to grab a pizza (The Boss with original crust) from family-owned Goodfella’s, a short drive into Grove. Excellent pizza and service. Very pleased with our stay and hope to return for another extended weekend getaway.
