Pros:Great location! Ample room, pool and deck were nice New grills. Cons:Elevators are almost useless. Slow and often doors stuck shut.Would be nice if there were connecting doors inside for ease of movement. The type like in hotels that can be locked from both sides for when each half is rented by different parties.

We rented both sides. The house was very clean. We were confused at first about the layout, (kitchens not on same level). The kitchen with the high table was perfect for our size group so we were mainly in that area except for sleeping. It was pretty cold during our stay but we did walk on the beach almost every day.

We love our stay at this house. We invited both of our families and needed a place large enough to accommodate everyone. This was perfect. It was nice to be right on the beach but have the option to use the pool as the water was a little rough when we were there. TWe walked to the boardwalk

We had 18 people and had both houses . Plenty of room for all. The one thing I did not like is the number of beach chairs . They were more like camping chairs . Had i known I would of brought some of my own . Overall we had a wonderful time . Thank you
