An outdoor hot water shower under the house helps control sand and freshens you up after a swim. You will enjoy a private entry and private elevator to every floor. There are a few steps from the parking area up to the pool: the all-weather private boardwalk features a ramp down to the sand, with friction plates installed for ease of wheeling down to the beach with only two bottom steps. In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.
Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Check-out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Pool Notice:
Our pool is open and maintained year round. Generally, it is too cold to swim on our island after October and before May. Optional pool heating may be purchased with advance notice of at least a week for the cost of $110/day. Should you choose this option, pool heating is applied for every day of your stay.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.
