Location was perfect! Loved the fact we could walk right outta the back door and fish off the dock! Kids caught lots of fish and memories were made for sure! The outdoor lighting on the back deck and dock made it super cozy after dark.
The cleanliness of the house upon arrival. There were multiple dead roaches throughout the house and on the kitchen countertop. So of course my 5 yr old was scared to sleep at night lol. The coffee maker with the pot had a bunch of “stuff” in the water reservoir. No lighting under the house which made it difficult to load/unload our things after dark and getting back from being on the beach. Be careful with the long bench at the table under the gazebo on the dock, as it wasn’t sturdy and is about to fall apart.
