About this apartment rental
This 2-bedroom/2.5-bathroom, Ranch at Steamboat vacation rental condominium is spacious and bright. The living room features a plush leather couch and stylish decor, perfect for relaxing by the fire or in front of the large flat screen TV after a day of adventure in Steamboat. The dining room offers a large wooden table with six leather chairs. A small office nook is available if anyone needs to get some work done while on vacation. Granite counter tops give the well-stocked kitchen an updated feel. Each of the two bedrooms have private baths. Two private decks, one off the living room and one off the dining room, create some outside space to enjoy the fresh air and views. An electric barbecue is available if you'd like to grill up some diner or lunch.

The Ranch at Steamboat Condominium Resort and Conference Center offers superior accommodations and services at extremely competitive rates. This 36-acre hillside location provides plenty of privacy and ample elbow room, plus spectacular views of the Steamboat Ski Area and Yampa Valley - yet is only minutes from all the action. The Ranch is renowned for its friendly, complimentary private shuttle service (winter only), which transports you to the ski area or downtown Steamboat Springs at your convenience.
Onsite amenities include a fitness center, outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, men's and ladies' saunas, and four outdoor tennis courts. Please note that the pool and hot tubs are open during winter and summer months only. Arrangements can be made to use the onsite conference room, as well as the catering service that utilizes the onsite professional-grade kitchen.
This property is professionally managed by Mountain Resorts, Steamboat Vacation Expert and the largest locally owned property management company in Steamboat Springs. Our professional front desk staff is available to our guests every day, and check-in is available 24-hours a day in our conveniently located welcome center on Mt. Werner road. We have housekeeping services and a maintenance department should you need assistance with anything at your rental property. What a beautiful space. They staff was a pleasure to work with. We saw moose and deer on the property and even had a couple of bears get into our rental car. Our fault for not locking it properly.
