Recently remodeled #303 at The Ranch at Steamboat. This two-level gorgeous mountain home features 2-bedroom /2.5-bathroom, a 1-car garage and amazing views of the Steamboat Ski Area. The main level has the living room, kitchen and half bath, with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms downstairs. There is seating for six at the dining room table plus three bar stools at the kitchen counter. The living area has a flat screen TV, as well as a wood burning fireplace.

This 36-acre hillside location provides plenty of privacy and ample elbow room, plus spectacular views of the Steamboat Ski Area and Yampa Valley - yet is only minutes from all the action. The Ranch is renowned for its friendly, complimentary private shuttle service (winter only), which transports you to the ski area or downtown Steamboat Springs at your convenience.
Onsite amenities include a fitness center, outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, men's and ladies' saunas, and four outdoor tennis courts. Please note that the pool and hot tubs are open during winter and summer months only. Arrangements can be made to use the onsite conference room, as well as the catering service that utilizes the onsite professional-grade kitchen.
This property is professionally managed by Mountain Resorts, Steamboat Vacation Expert and the largest locally owned property management company in Steamboat Springs. Our professional front desk staff is available to our guests every day, and check-in is available 24-hours a day in our conveniently located welcome center on Mt. Werner road. We have housekeeping services and a maintenance department should you need assistance with anything at your rental property. The condo was as described in the listing. It met or exceeded our expectations. It was clean and attractive. Check-in was effortless. The kitchen was well supplied with cooking and eating utensils. I loved sitting on the balcony in the morning drinking coffee in the 40 degree weather while it was in the 90's at home.
