This two level, 3-bedroom /3-bathroom condominium has mountain and valley views with two private decks and electric barbeque. The main level has the living room, kitchen and two bedrooms, with the master bedroom upstairs. There is seating for eight at the dining room table plus two bar stools at the kitchen counter. The living area has a flat screen TV with a DVD player as well as a wood burning fireplace. The primary bedroom has a TV and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom.
Please note: The owner of this residence has dogs, so if you are highly allergic, please consider another residence.

The Ranch is renowned for its friendly, complimentary private shuttle service (winter only), which transports you to the ski area or downtown Steamboat Springs at your convenience.
Onsite amenities include a fitness center, outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, men's and ladies' saunas, and four outdoor tennis courts. Please note that the pool and hot tubs are open during winter and summer months only. Arrangements can be made to use the onsite conference room, as well as the catering service that utilizes the onsite professional-grade kitchen.
This property is professionally managed by Mountain Resorts, Steamboat Vacation Expert and the largest locally owned property management company in Steamboat Springs. Our professional front desk staff is available to our guests every day, and check-in is available 24-hours a day in our conveniently located welcome center on Mt. Werner road. We have housekeeping services and a maintenance department should you need assistance with anything at your rental property. We stayed here for a ski weekend and it fit our needs very well. The bedrooms are large and have great storage in dressers and closets for all of your things. The kitchen is pretty well appointed. If you plan to cook, I’d make sure they have everything you need before you go to the store. There are no paper goods what so ever (foil, baggies, napkins) besides a roll of paper towels. There are two great patios with lovely views. The decor and furniture look as though they have not been updated since 1990, but it’s clean and comfortable. The beds, linens and pillows were all comfortable. The location is great and we took great advantage of the shuttle that will take you either to and from the slopes or town. Have cash for tips whenever you ride. They did offer a garage but they built it storage that made to too small for a suv or truck of any size. One warning- the floor heating units get very hot! If they were on (even low) it got really hot in the room and anything anwywhere near them on the floor will melt. Otherwise this was a very adequate unit and we’d definitely stay here again!
