About this house rental
Welcome to this provençal house of 180m ² close to all amenities: bakery, supermarket, restaurant and bank at 300m. Served in 15min by: Marseille Provence airport, Aix TGV station and the A7, A8 and A54 motorways (without nuisance).
It is mainly central for the beautiful activities of the region: 30 min from the Côte Bleue where you will enjoy the beach, 30 min from Aix en Provence, 40 min from the Alpilles (Baux de Provence), Arles and the Camargue ! For the sportsmen: circuit of motocross, aerodrome, club of shooting, nautical club and equestrian are to less than 10 min.
To rest, the house is equipped with a garden of 1800 m² with a heated pool of 10x5 with walk-in shower with hot water nearby, a petanque and fruit trees. The terrace of 55m2 is decorated with a large dining table and a summer lounge with gas barbecue. You will also be able to walk in the hill: it is only necessary to cross a field of olive trees ... Finally if you do not opt for the wine cellars on the way!

IMPORTANT: A deposit of 2,000 euros is required on arrival by check (not cashed). If nothing is found, it will be returned a few days after departure.
Possibility to rent sheets and towels (not beach): 100 euros per stay.
