This superb detached villa with private heated swimming pool for 12 people in Saint-Chamas has a pleasant garden of 1.8 hectares, part of which is fenced, surrounded by around a hundred olive trees, extended by almost 2 hectares of wooded land and hiking trails in the Provence hills.
This villa benefits from a magnificent view over the surrounding forest and over the Étang de Berre!
The garden is fitted with:
three lovely terraces:
The first, of 120 m², faces the swimming pool and gives access to the kitchen. It is shaded by a shade sail, furnished with a table and chairs that can accommodate up to 12 people.
The second, which is adjacent to the pavilion facing the swimming pool, is furnished with a hot tub (activated on request with supplement) and a PELLETS barbecue (operates using wood pellets provided to guests and can be activated remotely).
The third terrace welcomes you upon your arrival and has direct access to the largest of the lounges.
This terrace is beautifully lit in the evening.
A heated infinity swimming pool with a lovely fountain (15 m x 4 m – depth: 1.40 m + 2 submerged sunbathing areas) accessible by steps, with an alarm-type safety system, self-cleaning, in service from 15 March to 2 November.
A parking area with 2 charging points for electric vehicles.
A ramp for people with reduced mobility allows access to the house from the garden.
INTERIOR
This pleasant detached villa with private heated swimming pool for 12 people in Saint-Chamas has an area of 450 m².
It is accessible to people in wheelchairs. This holiday rental consists of the main house of 10 rooms and a charming independent pavilion facing the swimming pool.
PART 1: main house
GROUND FLOOR:
A spacious authentic kitchen created for Provençal chef Marius Bernard, opening onto the living area, equipped (5-burner gas hob, American fridge, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, a kettle, a filter coffee maker, a Nespresso coffee maker and a toaster). Access to the garden and swimming pool is via a French door from the kitchen.
A first living room of 100 m2, air-conditioned with a sofa set and a dining area that can accommodate 12 people.
A second living room of 45 m2, air-conditioned and separated from the rest of the house by a French door which comprises on the one hand on the ground floor: a set of sofas, television, fireplace (insert - with wood available), table football, and on the other hand an upper level with a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed 160 and a bathroom (2 sinks and shower cabin with the option to activate the hydro-jet massage function).
The bedroom has no door. The separation between the lounge and the bedroom is by a wooden staircase.
A utility space adjoining the kitchen with a pantry (5m2) with refrigerator, storage space and a laundry room with washing machine (10kg) and tumble dryerAn independent toilet with a hand basin.

The property offers 5 lovely rooms in the main building and an additional beatiful room in the pool house.
The kitchen is large and well equipped. The garden is beautiful and the pool area was the highlight of our stay.
Jerome was super friendly and helpful.
