You can’t put a price on how quiet the area is. It’s a tiny, cute little cabin that has all the basic necessities. Hot tub was clean. Cabin was near the main downtown area. Pay attention to the square footage, it really is small. Only negative was we took meat to grill and the grill didn’t work. Otherwise, no complaints. Perfect for a little intimate getaway.

Parking is a bit cramped, and the lighting was terrible in side the cabin. After reading all the rules and additional charges I was literally afraid to use anything at the cabin. The refrigerator is god awful noisy. Absolutely the worst stay in Ruidoso that I have every experienced. I would not recommend this cabin at even 50% of the price I paid ….. AWFUL
