The fine print, what to expect: Our cabins include basic cable, satellite or streaming television, basic cooking utensils, propane gas grill (propane provided), washer and dryer (if applicable- please look at the amenities), towels and bed linens for guest use along with heating for winter. Our homes come equipped with either a drip or Keurig coffee maker. *Linens and bath towels *Extra blankets and bedding *Spa towels for properties with spas/hot tubs. While our kitchens are fully equipped with glassware/cookware/utensils/dishes, etc. this does not ensure that all homes will have a blender, crock pot, spices, coffee, or condiments. Please call ahead to confirm if items such as these are available. If not, we ask that you bring your own. Basic toiletries in the Master bathroom only are: * bar soap *three (3) rolls of toilet paper; one (1) on the holder and two (2) stored in the bathroom. Basic toiletries in all additional bathrooms (if applicable) are: *three (3) rolls of toilet paper; one (1) on the holder and two (2) stored in the bathroom, *one (1) travel-sized bar soap and/or facial soap. Basic supplies in the home: *five (5) All-Clear laundry pods, *dish detergent in pod or liquid form (quantities may vary and/or be limited), and three (3) Lemi Shine rinse agent in single-use cups (for homes with dishwashers), *liquid dish soap in (at minimum) a partial container (may only be in homes without dishwashers- check amenities to ensure the home you booked has a dishwasher), *two to three (2-3) rolls of paper towels, *two (2) trash liners in each waste basket; one (1) prepared in a basket and at least one (1) in the bottom or under the sink. We encourage guests to please be mindful of the supplies we provide and always bring extras as housekeeping does not deliver more than what is required to be left in the homes. We highly encourage guests to be prepared with access to chains and/or 4-wheel drive in winter months. Firewood is not provided for homes with wood-burning fireplaces

The cabin was very nice and clean. The view was amazing from the deck. The hot tub was very nice and clean and hot. The bathrooms were both very clean. It would have been nice to have a grab bar close to the shower to help in getting out. We did notice the hot tub was not locked as advertised and this was reported. One lamp socket was broken and when I called to report that, I was asked why I didn't report it when we first got there. I told them that I was not aware that I needed to do a full inspection of the cabin including all appliances when we arrived. You would think everything should be in good working order upon arrival. That was the only thing I had an issue with.

Chelsea house cabin in Ruidoso NM was just okay. The best thing it had going for it was a lovely view of the mountains and trees. It’s very steep driveway may be a problem for low clearance cars but we had a truck. The cabin has seen better days. The furniture is worn with some items in need of repair. Its furnishings are like thrift store 70’s style. Worn. Carpets in two room had stains. One window was cracked and had torn screens. It was a bit disappointing. I reported all of that to the company. They were appreciative, as if they had no idea of the condition of the house. The second night I had to call the police on the loud partying/ fighting neighbors. The police did come out and stopped the music at 2:30 am. So that night was not too peaceful. The master bathtub was spongy like it had water damage below. And dirty. Both tubs needed a good bleaching. But The beds were comfortable. At least two of them. We didn’t use the third bedroom. We did not use the hot tub so idk what that was like. Overall it was just ok. It wasn’t terrible but I would not rent it again.
