About this house rental
Fully appointed and professionally decorated. Add the screened porch and the deck to soak up the sun....all overlooking the lake and you may not want to leave this accommodation for activities you've planned on your stay. Lake is private so I'm sorry but NO fishing or swimming allowed.

Stayed with family to attend Keeneland. Nice rooms with comfy beds. Almost all rooms had an en-suite bathroom. Great location nice quiet area.

This was a beautiful neighborhood and a beautiful setting. The house has lots of space, bathrooms and bedrooms. The big negative was there is no control for the air conditioning downstairs and it was freezing. The downstairs space has lots of comfortable seating and is a more open space for hanging out with a group but it was to cold. The property manager told us to turn (which we did) but it didn't really heat it up much.

We went to Lexington for a family Christmas vacation and this house was absolutely the best house for the week!! Amazing help from Ally on any questions. She was amazing to show up at 3:30 am to help us get in. 5 stars for the beautiful home that was very well equipped with everything. 5 stars for the owners who were awesome and so friendly! We now have new family in Lexington !!! We will definitely call her next time for a family trip to Lexington. I would highly recommend this house !! The view is awesome over looking the lake, and it is just a beautiful house inside and out !!!
