Location to beach is great. Short walk into town. Sam and his wife were very accommodating. Rooms are very comfortable.
Lots of dogs barking late at night but this could be anywhere.

The overall property is located in middle of main party area. Its very noisy and not really comfortable. Sam owner of property is a nice person but overall experience was not good due to noise.
Sam update better photos of property so anyone who choose have a fair understanding.
