Cozy Bay Hotel

I had an amazing stay here and honestly found my home in Arugam Bay. The staff always went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Even when I had the smallest issue with my room, they did everything possible to solve it quickly. The pool is fantastic, breakfast is always prepared with care, and the entire team is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Whether I needed transportation, local recommendations, or help with anything at any hour, they were always there with a smile. I truly felt cared for during my stay and will definitely be coming back every season.

Nothing significant. If I had to be picky, a few small details in the room could be improved, but the staff's willingness to help and solve any issue immediately more than made up for it.

Good location, swimmingpool clean and tidy, breakfast was good and excellent service.

L’hôtel est très propre et à proximité de la plage et des commerces/ restaurants à pied. Le personnel est chaleureux et compréhensible. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine après le Check out initial. Petit déjeuner très bon. Nous regrettons d’avoir pris seulement 2 nuits ici. Les chambres sont très propres avec beaucoup de prises de branchement (ce qui est indispensable) Je recommande fortement !
