About this apartment rental
Perfect location to visit the town. Granvia Experience has been completely renovated in June 2013. It has Wifi and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is located a few meters from the popular Plaza de España, where there is the bus terminal to and from the airport, a big shopping center, Las Arenas, the famous "Magic Fountain of Mont Juic" and the Barcelona Trade Fair.
Plaza Catalunya can be reached on foot in 15 minutes or in 5 minutes by bus. Just in front of the door of the building there is a bus stop with 12 bus lines to quickly reach any part of Barcelona. In Plaza de España there is also an important railway station with 6 metro lines (L1, L3, L8, S4, S8, S33) and 4 train lines (R5, R6, R50, R60).
The Granvia de Les Corts Catalanes is one of the most fascinating avenues of the city. Granvia Experience is located on the 5th floor of a beautiful Art Nouveau palace of the early '900, filled with antique ornaments and a comfy lift.
THE APARTMENT
We have completely renovated the apartment, providing it with all the comforts, new furniture and appliances from the best brands.
The living room consists of two rooms in one we placed a table for 6 persons and in the other a cozy sofa bed for two people and a Sony flat screen television. The lounge has a balcony with table and two chairs, ideal for breakfast or to relax a bit 'before facing a day of sightseeing or business in the city. The room also has an air conditioned hot-cold for an ideal temperature in every season.
The master bedroom has a large wardrobe, a heat pump and a lovely balcony.
The second bedroom has a wardrobe, a double bed.
The kitchen is equipped with: fridge with freezer, electric oven, hob with 4 burners, cooker hood, sink, washing machine, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, pots and dishes.
The bathroom is French style with separate WC. Has a bathtub, equipped with a box, for the shower use. In the bathroom youcan also find an hair dryer, the board and the iron and a camping cot.

It was just the two of us, a 50+ couple enjoying Spain. My wife had a medical issue that made many flights of stairs a real problem - we could use here stamina getting in and out of the apartment or we could see things. Having the lift in this apartment really helped us a lot. It's always nice being able to wash clothes or cook meals on a longer trip, so this was perfect. Being so close to Plaza Espania meant all of Barcelona was easy to get to.

This is a great vacation rental, within a few minutes walk to Plaza Espana, close to metro and Mont Juic. The apartment is very comfortable, full of light, with a great view of Gran Via. The hosts are extremely helpful and responsive. We were checked in with efficiency and the hosts responded quickly to any questions we had and helped us get oriented with ease. The location of the apartment is superb. We were able to walk to Plaza Catalunya and also have access to buses to Mont Juic as well as the metro. We would not hesitate to rent this place again.

There was 5 people in our party. We were very comfortable in the apartment. Apartment had everything we needed , utensils and pots and pans, we prepared only breakfast in the apartment. In the neighborhood there is a plenty restaurants so we choose to eat dinner out of apartment. Apartment has a great location, 5 minuets walk to metro from were you can reach all attractions. Metro super easy to navigate if you have even only a little experience. Apartment was clean as well the bedding. Our only suggestion would be to refresh paint on walls with maybe some little color . Overall we would definitely stay in the apartment again. Thank you for wonderful time .

What you see is what you get with this apartment. The location is great, easily accessible to many buses or a quick walk to the train (Placa d'Espana) with 2 lines. It is located on a busy street, but the front room has double sliding doors and blocks the noise out very well. With only 1 bathroom, the separate toilet is nice. Francesca was friendly and made for an easy check in. My only request is to give more than 1 washer detergent pod. There were 2 of us and we had been traveling for a week, plus staying another 4 days in Barcelona, so 1 pod didn't suffice.
