The furniture is new and the accommodation is also new and clean, so that was really nice. There is also an air conditioner which made our stay very comfortable. There were also a few nearby stores, the area is pretty quiet and there's no a lot of traffic, which we found very convenient.
There was no TV and the wifi didn't work properly. The internet connection was quite poor. There was also some construction work going on somewhere, so it woke us up a few times. It's also a bit farther from the beach, but I didn't really mind it since we had a car.
