The images of this property are fantastic however in person it’s even better. The location is stunning in the historic center overlooking the sea, from both the bedroom and the terrace was truly the most beautiful way to wake up each morning. The private terrace was a luxury to enjoy the sound of the waves in the morning and for sunset in the evening. The kitchen was well equipped with coffee machine etc so it made staying and preparing snacks or enjoying some wine super easy, it also had facilities for cooking however during the stay I did not but from what I could see everything you would need was there. The location couldn’t have been better. I am visiting monopoli since 2021 and this location was a dream everything on your door step including the second location for gustavo a must visit sandwich shop. 2-3 mins walk from the beach the same from the square in historic center while also being right in the historic center as soon as you leave the property. The weather was very warm when I was there so the shirt walk was greatly appreciated The host was amazing and couldn’t have been more kind and accommodating . The property had contacted me before my arrival to let me know there was some works outside, I decided to continue with my stay as I booked late, I am an extremely light sleeper and i didn’t hear a thing it most definitely did not effect my stay and im glad i continued the stay at the property or I would have missed out on a special stay. If you’re lucky enough for the property to be available during your dates definitely book it. I had 3 different Airbnbs booked over the week and I actually stayed again a few days later after I extended my stay it was perfect ❤️

I genuinely couldn’t fault the property. There is two sets of stairs so maybe if you mobility issues it wouldn’t suit otherwise it was perfect

Die Lage mit Blick aufs Meer inmitten des alten Viertels und eine schöne geräumige Terrasse. Die Vermieterin hat und in allem super unterstützt. Bei extremer Hitze kann man erst ab 23 Uhr draussen sitzen oder sehr früh am Morgen. Dann war es sehr schön.

We had a wonderful stay here for 3 nights. Anna was our main point of contact and she was amazing! She helped arrange 2 taxi tours/transfers, provided great restaurant suggestions, and her hospitality was exceptional. We were especially appreciative because we do not speak Italian and this was our first trip to Monopoli. (Grazie mille, Anna!) In addition, the apartment is in a great location with a beautiful terrace overlooking the ocean. The room was clean and comfortable, and a great value. Highly recommend.
