It was close to everything, and the staff was great.
We had problems with the shower, it was leaking all over the room and it began to stank after a while.

Everything was perfect, Great location. Clean, comfortable and quiet property, the rooms were just like in the pictures. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

No staff on site, , as in it was 3 rooms at the top of stairs
Not as described " guest house " is misleading.
It was 3 rooms at top of a staircase and very difficult to find.No outside signage as you'd expect .
A bit tatty in places ,wallpaper peeling in bathroom, bedside tables poor quality and damaged
