Spacious room, great location, city center is practically 2 streets away.
At first, the check in was super clear, however, in the next days, entering the apartment became 'complicated', although we had keys :/
Communication with property management was timely and excellent.
The other guests were great and very well behaved.
Wifi internet didn't work for us, it's not professional to switch various passwords... why not share the correct one?
Worth mentioning, we have shared the room with mosquitoes and our balcony with pigeons, although that isn't anyones fault.

The location is perfect. 10 mins walk to the Bari Centrale.
Dusty floors under the beds and a lack of regular room cleaning were disappointing. Basic housekeeping tasks—such as emptying the trash bin—were not consistently done. For a five-night stay, I also expected at least one change of linens and towels, which did not happen.
However, the staff were super responsive and helpful.
