We stayed at "Villa" no. 21. It was value for money; the room and bathroom were both clean, with all necessary basic facilities, including flatscreen tv. As specifically requested in our booking, the airconditioning worked properly and the location around our villa was nicely quiet at night. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The grey concrete, somewhat "bunker" like construction of the villa's does not appear very attractive.
Between the bathroom and the room itself, there is a small (about 10 cm) difference in floor height, which you better not forget as you might sprain your ankle, especially at night if you would use the bathroom.

The location is good and well signed, the room is quite large , has good air con and you can dry clothes on a hanging rack, the shower is good and has shampoo and soap ,the bed was comfortable and you can park right outside your room in the shade. All in all very good value for a stop off.
No real complaints bearing in mind the facilities and low cost.

big room, easy parking, good price, not far from wat muang, easy checkin/checkout
poor WiFi, bed and pillow not comfortable.
had dog just next door barking all night until 3am, then bird starting screaming at 4am.. couldn’t sleep… maybe just not lucky about that room.
everything in the fridge was frozen in the morning..
