I had a wonderful stay at Hostel Hong and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, I felt incredibly welcomed and well taken care of.
What really stood out to me was the **personalized and attentive customer service**. The staff were always kind, helpful, and genuinely caring, which made my stay feel very comfortable and special. I also really appreciated how warmly they welcomed and looked after my little dog. The care, patience, and affection they showed him meant a lot to me and made me feel completely at ease.
The **location is excellent**, and the facilities are comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Everything is thoughtfully arranged to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing.
Overall, I’m **very happy with my experience at Hostel Hong** and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming place with great service and a truly personal touch. I would definitely stay here again! ❤️

The room was a very nice big space with huge windows to let lots of light in

We loved our stay here. The bed/mattresses were very comfortable. Our room on the top floor was very spacious and nicely furnished, with a big window overlooking a temple. The aircon was extremely effective and a nice relief after a hot day.
The host was exceptionally nice, and her coffee from her shop was excellent!
The small touches were really nice, including hairdryers and free tea and coffee downstairs.
The property itself is really well located, near to bus stops and the river boat terminals, with two 7/11s nearby. The local food is also really nice and affordable.
We loved it so much we extended 3 days extra and if we came back to BKK, this would be our first choice to stay again.
It’s an old building so you do get occasional visits from local wildlife (geckos and cockroaches).
The shared bathrooms were cleaned to a high standard, they could have been cleaned more regularly as you can’t always rely on other guests to maintain hygiene standards.

Close to transport links, shops and centre of the city
Shared bathrooms were ok - only 1 had hot water and there was no real window so insects got in
