Fanastic place with amazing view and you can hear the sea from the balcony The walk down to the village and beach is about 20 min and we loved the area around and nerby village Noli too.Perfect to cook dinner in the house and eat outdoors listening to the sea.

Beautiful accommodation, exceptional views, unique experience, great service. All apartments have access to the common garden with a little pool, deckchairs and sea view that is just spectacular. Hosts Francesca and Pietro really went above and beyond - thank you both so much

Amazing, lovely and really special renovated house with a wonderful and breathtaking panorama.

The position of the house is amazing. I think it was the most beautiful Airbnb I ever stayed. They owners made the whole area and the surrounding so beautiful and with so many details and so much love, which I have never seen before. In 20-30 you can reach the beaches in Varigotti and the path by the way is really beautiful and not so exhausting. There is also a small pool, from where you can see the sea. In general the position and the view are amazing.

I think we fell in love with this place. We'll be back for sure. Room was well organized and comfortable, views were stunning, amenities were perfect and the hosts were responsive and accommodating.

The road in is a little bumpy, but in the end only added to the romance.

Nice and tratidional property with difficult access to beach

Very unique location, traditional italian property and nicely renovated. Property situated on the hill with amazing view of Varigotti ´ s bay (11 points out of 10) in private garden. Rooms in traditional style and equiped with all you need.

Maybe we expected better accessibility to the beach (our mistske). As there is difficult pathway/trail to the beach. Down the hill 30 mins. No solid walkway but rather hike on rocks and in forrest, we made it just once. Second option is using car to get to Varigotti, but be prepared for limited parking options in summer and you need to be there before 8.30am (pay 1,80 eur per 1hour) in the village next to the beach.

Stunishing view and outstanding garden, house and host

We loved the outdoor pool, the large exceptional garden and the gorgious eyecatching stunishing view from the terasse. The owner was very helpful and kind!

This place is amazing! The apartments are made with love and all the details are very special like tiles, door handles, shower, decoration. We stayed at a 2 floor apartment (2 parents and 2 kids), it was perfect with a perfect view at the sea. And there is a mini swimming pool at the property. Pietro is a super friendly host. The path down the hill to the sea is fun to go even with small kids. If you need to carry kids, then no fun going up though :) Overall, its a totally recommended accommodation!

Very good

The location is superb with incredible views of Varigotti and the bay. The facilities are well blended in the rural environment. I liked the rustic furniture and decor, the garden and the possibility to reach Varigotti on foot through 3 numerous footpaths through the terraces with olive trees, and citruses (30 minutes downhill through shortest). In May you can enjoy a multitude of wildflowers, the olive blooms and the aromas of the macchia mediterranea. The hosts Francesca and Pietro have been very caring.

I am not sure. It was such a special experience. Because we purposefully did not have a car we walked up & down for more than 30 Km in 3 days! Every step was worthwhile. You may experience a few bugs in the room getting in from the ample terrace. Smile at them and they will leave;).

access to the property wasn’t ideal for us. The foot path to the beach is in very bad condition and a better road into the property would make it much more comfortable for guests. as the apartments are very close to each other, you depend a lot on having quiet neighbors if you want to enjoy the tranquility of the location.

Tutto bellissimo, complimenti ai proprietari per il bel lavoro fatto e che continuano a fare. Il luogo è curativo per l'anima, anche per chi come me, ha da poco avuto un lutto famigliare.

Il mio compagno era invidioso per la bravura dei restauratori, ha cercato sempre qualche difetto, ma senza trovarlo :-)

Einmalige Lage hoch über Varigotti. Für alle diejenigen geeignet, die nicht direkten Strandzugang oder Zentrumsnähe brauchen und auch auf Waldwegen Auto fahren können. Die Anfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber um dahin zu gelangen macht man das gerne. Die Unterkunft ist abgelegen. Super Ausgangspunkt für Biketouren. Äusserst nette und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Es fehlt einem an gar nichts. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt durchdacht, rund ums Haus gibt's viel Platz und die Aussicht ist sensationell.

Einfach nur paradiesisch

Absolute Abgeschiedenheit - Man fühlt sich wie im Paradies - nur Vogelgezwitscher, den Wind in den Bäumen und von Ferne die Meeresbrandung - einfach himmlisch. Nach ein paar Tagen ist man total entspannt. Und Francesca und Pietro sind herzliche Gastgeber und investieren ihr Herzblut in diesen schönen Ort.
