Great location , quiet apartment.

We stayed in a simple apartment from where you can see the water from basically every window . The mattresses are not as comfortable as I expected and would need an update ( seen the price one pays) . The location is fabulous .

Wonderful stay right on the beach

The appartment is right on the beach, perfect for a couple or even 4 people. The terrace was the highlight as it has an amazing view on the beach, its equipped with sunbeds, table/chairs perfect to enjoy lunch or dinner with a view. We appreciated help in reaching the accommodation by car and the private parking, smooth checking and cleaning service every morning. We are definitely coming back Thank you

Basic but comfortable and clean accommodation with a magnificent terrace overlooking the sea. The location could not be better, right on the beach. Super friendly staff. Continental breakfast is included, served in the café across the street.

The property is located in cute little village right on the beach. Stuff was very friendly.

When we travel during summer we always look for the play with ACs. We chose this property because of the AC but AC was not working. It was hot and uncomfortable during the day and night . Please contact the management and ask about AC before booking.

It is a fantastic location to stay and enjoy the winter sun.

We booked the apartment Casasse 6. It has a magnificent terrace and the sunrise is breathtaking even during the winter months. The Restaurant/Coffee Bar located just up the road is well organized for breakfast (included) and other meals. The food is very well prepared.

This was our second time to book this place in January. Last year we had a different apartment and it was well heated. Sadly apartment no 6 is equipped with only an air conditioner blowing hot (useless) air. Overall I am disappointed because the apartment only holds the most basic things. It is furbished with sofa beds. Most uncomfortable and after three sleepless nights, we left one day early. On one hand I can understand that the layout is supposed to keep the bed closed during the day to function as a sofa to watch TV (as you can see on the photo) But do tell me, once the bed is made who is going to close it?? Also to mention is that the apartment is not ideal for cold winter nights. The sheets are not sufficient to keep you warm - I was pretty cold for 3 nights!! The bathroom has no heater as well and the towels never dry. And after the second day I didn't shower because the towels don't get exchanged and the washing machine doesn't have a drying function. During summer, I am sure, it is a magnificent apartment and the terrace with the extra little room (with yet another sofabed) is most appreciated for warm summer nights. But in all fairness please provide more warmth during the winter months!! At least change the towels. You have HUGE potential to provide a loving and warm apartment for everyone! Invest in some cozy homedecoration. Provide a good bed, bigger bedside tables, lights, hang some pictures, curtains..... It will be absolutely stunning!!

Vista eccellente, posizione molto comoda, alloggio molto ben tenuto, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. consigliatissimo

Scomoda la doccia, non si può chiudere e si finisce per allargare mezzo bagno, non c'era il bidet, mancavano cose minime come sale e zucchero.

Assolutamente la posizione!! La terrazza con vista incantevole sul mare, la baia, la torre.. e la camera sulla terrazza. La doccia bellissima.

Non adatto a famiglie con bambini piccoli

La posizione , l’alloggio è molto ampio e lo staff molto gentile

Per arrivare all’alloggio c’erano due rampe di scale molto ripide e strette e non c’era scritto da nessuna parte . Avendo due bambini piccoli ( 2 mesi e 2 anni ) due passeggini più le valigie è stato molto faticoso . Inoltre per cucinare si faceva fatica e per fare bollire un po’ di acqua ci mettevamo molto tempo perché la cucina ha le piastre ad induzione ma le padelle non sono compatibili e c’è solo un adattatore .

Magnifica

Una pozione perfetta direttamente sulla spiaggia e nel cuore del borgo saraceno. La casa è ben attrezzata e comoda per due persone. Ci si può stare anche in quattro. Bellissima la veranda sul mare.

Auf den Fotos waren ganz viele Bilder von Balkonen/Terrassen ersichtlich. Unsere Wohnung hatte dann aber gar keine Terrasse. Vielleicht war dies beim Buchungsvorgang irgendwo ersichtlich und ich habe es nicht gesehen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist genügend, könnte aber noch etwas besser sein.

Sehr schönes Appartement direkt am Strand, sehr viel Platz für 4 Personen. Leider nur für 1 Nacht gebucht. unkompliziertes Einchecken und Schlüsselübergabe mit Schlüsselbox.

Schlüsselrückgabe sollte im Restaurant stattfinden, klappte nicht, jedoch Lösung über Schlüsselbox gefunden.

Prezzo esagerato per la dotazione e la vista, assai deludente

La posizione della casa è ottima, sulla spiaggia. Gentili e reattivi i gestori, comoda la reception al bar sottostante che è sempre aperto. Di buona qualità lenzuola e asciugamani, belle le tende, belli i pavimenti a scacchi e i mobili tipici, ottimo il wifi. la casa è molto ampia. Va bene per un gruppo di amici

Primo: dalle foto, la terrazzina sembra guardare la spiaggia. Non è così: è nella via traversa, quindi si vede solo un pezzetto di mare. Questo è assai deludente, specialmente per il prezzo, decisamente elevato, dell'appartamento. Tradotto: avevamo deciso di spendere così tanti soldi SOLO PER QUELLO, perciò sono stati mal spesi. E' vero che non c'è scritto "terrazza sulla spiaggia", ma la foto lascia immaginare ciò che non è. La vista mare dalle finestre delle stanze è stupenda, ma si gode solo camminando (non dai letti). Alla cifra che si paga, che non siano forniti una tovaglia, due tovaglioli di carta, uno straccetto per pulire e un telo per la cucina, così come non sia fornito nulla per pulire il bagno, è semplicemente incredibile. Non ci è mai capitato, nemmeno nella casa più a buon mercato. Oltretutto, nei servizi c'era scritto "prodotti per la pulizia". Poi c'è il piano a induzione, ma non tutte le pentole fornite sono per l'induzione e bisogna utilizzare un "tramite" che allunga ulteriormente i tempi di cottura del cibo. In bagno vengono forniti un bagnoschiuma e uno shampoo di piccola dimensione, da albergo. Uno! In una casa concepita per otto persone e prenotata per quattro... Nel secondo bagno c'è odore di fogna perché è chiuso e nella mansardina c'è un caldo soffocante (ma per fortuna noi non abbiamo dovuto usarla). Infine, anche prenotando il parcheggio, che è molto comodo ma appena fuori dal borgo, non è dato accesso alla ztl, nemmeno temporaneamente, quindi per caricare e scaricare bisogna farsi il tragitto a piedi e lasciare la macchina sull'aurelia

Posizione meravigliosa, perfetta per due persone e servizi assolutamente nello standard di un b&b di mare. La casa era nel complesso ben tenuta e il letto era comodo.

Avrei apprezzato dei prodotti da bagno e una cura maggiore nei dettagli dell’appartamento, che in alcuni punti presentavano alcune macchie vecchie di umidità o mancanza di manutenzione.

Meravigliosa pausa di relax

Posizione splendida, appartamento piccolo dotato di tutti i comfort. Camera sul terrazzo da sogno! Ottima accoglienza da parte dello staff. Possibilità di entrare in zona Ztl per caricare e scaricare le valigie.
