Basic rooms, nice pool, pleasant hotel.

The ourdoor pool is well maintained, clean and had plenty of sunloungers. Great breakfast.

The rooms were very dated and old, with uncomfortable beds. We were given a room in the building opposite the main hotel which was disappointing as this isn't made clear when you book.

Excellent apartment in the perfect place

Apartment Paradiso is perfect for summer family vacation. The view from the balcony is priceless! The apartment has everything we needed - air conditioning, washing machine, etc. The beaches (both kinds - public and private) are just across the street. Daily breakfast (in a bar in 5 minutes walking distance) is included as well as daily cleaning service, great value! The hosts are very nice and helpful.

The assigned parking is a bit far from the apartment. So in order to load/unload your belongings I recommend to stop shortly at the hourly public parking lot next to the building.

Pleasant

Excellent location and amazing sea view balcony. Comfy bed and sofa bed. Good breakfast included, very nice staff at reception.

1) elevator super slow, walking upstairs was faster 2) I stayed there during the peak of summer heatwave in Mid July so the air refresh+fan combo was too noisy and not powerful enough to cool down the flat. It was over 30 C inside day and night. You need a real and modern air conditioning system.

very bad value for money

when we made the booking the pictures were not clear. it was a mix of several of their locations and we got the bad surprise at arrival. an apartment old, not well kept, not really by the beach but looking at the beach. very disappointed especially considering the price per night we paid. not clean. breakfast was included but you had to walk 10 min to another location to get a coffee and # 1 croissant 😭( anything also was to be paid as extra).

Amazing place right across the street from the beach. Great location near a market and lots of beaches. The hostess was very friendly as well.

Feeling the heat.

Lovely views from the apartment, right across the road from the beach and close to restaurants and a supermarket. Characterful apartment, excellent wifi and well stocked.

In very hot weather the portable air conditioner didn't cool the apartment. The kitchen and bathroom were very warm. Full sun on the balcony in the afternoon made sitting out uncomfortable. Bed was quite hard. A free breakfast was offered at a cafe in the town but it was so understaffed we left after waiting 15 minutes and still no one to take our order just for a coffee.

L'appartamento, in palazzina datata, è arredato in modo superficiale, vecchio e mal conservato.Porte e arredi scrostati. Sanitari vecchi, sufficientemente sporchi e mal curati. Unica consolazioni il buon impianto di riscaldamento.

la consiglio per qualche giorno di relax!!

la vista è stupenda (presente in camera, nel cucinino, nel bagno e nella sala da pranzo), vale anche di più rispetto al prezzo pagato. Letto comodo e casa calda (é novembre). Spazi ampi e due balconi grandi per sedersi o sdraiarsi e godersi la vista. Il personale è disponibile e gentile.

Schöne, gut gelegene Wohnung mit fantastischem Meerblick, wenn man kein Problem mit Autolärm hat.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Alle Zimmer haben Meerblick, sogar Küche und Toilette. Die zwei Balkone bieten zusätzlichen Raum.

In der Küche fehlt es an Rüstmessern, Schneidebrettern, Kochlöffel, Geschirrtüchern und Putzlappen. Die Bratpfannen sind in einem schlechten Zustand. Es hat keine Weingläser. Der Autolärm stört leider die sonst sehr schöne Atmosphäre.

Reception da una parte , chiavi da un'altra, appartamento ancora piu' distante e parcheggio a 12 min a Piedi 50 euro per due giorni con 29,40 di multa ho parcheggiato abb vicino. Appartamento vecchia maniera con mobili che neppure il Mercatino dell'usato ritirerebbe. personale molto carino e sorridente. Posizione TOP ma molto rumorosa ma ci sta . Conferma che la Liguria è triste e vecchia come ricezione turistica. Non ci tornerei

Magnifica vista e posizione comoda con staff gentilissimo

L'appartamento é grande e dotato di ogni comfort ma allo stesso tempo minimal e ordinato, arredato con buon gusto. Tutti gli spazi sono grandi e la pulizia eccezionale. La cosa migliore é senza dubbio la vista sulla spiaggia dalla terrazza e dal salotto, per cui basta attraversare la strada, dove ci sono sia lidi privati che spiagge libere. A pochi passi im centro e cafè e ristoranti. Lo staff (io ho parlato con Valentina) gentile, paziente e disponibile.

L'unico "discomfort" direi che é la mancanza di parcheggio, purtroppo in zona é difficile trovarlo, anche se la strutture dispone di parcheggi distanti 15 min a pagamento di cui noi però non abbiamo usufruito. In ogni caso tutto molto chiaro fin dall'inizio

Ottima posizione e due stupendi terrazzino vista mare.

Casa poco attrezzata (mancava scottex, tovaglioli e calici, sapone lesinato e carta igienica anche.) Scarsa pulizia e manutenzione dell'arredo (caduta di doghe dal letto, muri sporchi e mobili trascurati.) Peccato perché la casa ha ottimo potenziale

Già stati l'anno scorso e la posizione e l'alloggio sono molto belli

Il fatto che l'alloggio sia sprovvisto di materiali per la pulizia come stracci e spugnette e inoltre almeno dovrebbe essere provvisto, come in altre strutture, di caffè di zucchero e almeno una bottiglia d'acqua. Questo in considerazione che la struttura ha un costo considerevole . Noi siamo tornati perché ci piace molto, ma consiglierei questi piccoli particolari per renderla ancora più accogliente.

La posizione fronte mare, vetrate in tutto l’appartamento compresa cucina,bellissimi due balconi con tavolo e sdraio, con vista panoramica stupenda

Un po’ vecchiotto l’appartamento, arredamento essenziale, pochi attrezzi da cucina… se fosse rimodernato almeno nei corredi guadagnerebbe molto. Il montacarichi all’arrivo era rotto, come il Wi-Fi (comunque modem sostituito il giorno successivo)

Appartement très propre, décoré avec goût, vue magnifique. Accueil téléphonique très sympathique et réactif. S'endormir au son des vagues, un grand bonheur !

Nous sommes arrivés vers 19h/20h. Varigoti est magnifique mais en cette saison et à cette heure, il a été très difficile de trouver à manger. Nous aurions apprécié qu'il y ait un fond d'épicerie dans l'appartement (huile d'olive, poivre, thé, café...) et un torchon. Nous n'étions là que pour une nuit.

Posizione eccezionale, nel centro di Varigotti e con vista mare da ogni stanza. Ampio appartamento molto luminoso, pulito e ben arredato. Consigliato per soggiorni medio-lunghi.

Mancavano dotazioni minime per il bagno (es. sapone, bagnoschiuma, shampoo) e per prepararsi un minimo di colazione (es. té, caffè, zucchero, ecc.). L'appartamento è al terzo piano e l'ascensore non funzionava.

eccezionale!

appena aperta la porta del nostro appartamento siamo rimasti a bocca aperta... sembrava di essere direttamente sulla spiaggia. cucinare con una mega finestra praticamente affacciata al mare non ha bisogno di molte spiegazioni. personale molto gentile , non avendo altre prenotazioni ci ha lasciato uscire più tardi e avendo un bambino di 7 mesi è stato davvero utile. Lo consiglio vivamente.. aperitivo sulla terrazza vista mare impagabile !
