Cool retro place, very clean and amazing views and balcony.

Fantastic flat with a lot of original 60s details and breathtaking big windows with sea views. Perfect stay and uncomplicated check in. A very responsive host. We loved it and wished we could have stayed longer.

Good but with some minus

Exceptional view, great location.

House was not so clean. Pet hair on the floor and sofa, kitchen a bit greasy. The shower should be disinfected and cleaned of limescale.

Lovely location, great beach for young children

Great location, across the road from beach. . Local restaurant Tresor 2 min from apartment amazing and very accommodating for families. Man at merry-go-round across the road from apartment also a hit. Take advantage of private parking available, gets very busy from early morning to late evening so no fun hunting for white box parking nearby.

Aircon not greatest especially in hot weather. Washing machine stopped working but sorted out by morning so didn’t impact our stay.

Al quinto piano di un condominio non moderno, abbiamo trovato un'ambiente accogliente, pulito e comodo. Posizione strategica e centrale. Tutto perfetto. Consigliato al 100%

Una bella scoperta

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti, a novembre, in questo grazioso appartamento con una vista meravigliosa sul mare. Al quinto piano di un condominio non moderno, abbiamo trovato un'ambiente accogliente, pulito e comodo. Posizione strategica e centrale, fuori stagione poi nessuna problematica con i parcheggi, trovati dietro la struttura e gratuiti. Tutto perfetto. Consigliato

Schöne Destination für einen Kurzurlaub !

Tolles Zimmer im 5.Stock mit Ausblick auf das Meer in jedem Zimmer. Lift beschränkt mit 230kg auch 0,75m² .. daher haben wir die 100 Stufen verwendet :) Küchenausstattung sehr minimal. Lage hervorragend in Varigotti.

Die Kosten für den Hund waren 75€ für 4 Nächte ! ... dies ist eindeutig zu hoch, da die Zimmerkosten ja auch nicht gering sind.

Super Sommerferien im schönen Dorf Varigotti, an bester Lage mit wunderschönen Aussicht.

Sehr netter Empfang, die Wohnung ist an bester Lage fast direkt am Meer. Die Ausstattung ist tiptop, eines der Zimmer verfügt sogar über eine Klimaanlage, die bei Bedarf die ganze Wohnung kühlt. Die Küche ist klein, funktioniert aber super, es hat sogar eine Waschmaschine.

Das Haus ist ein älterer, ortstypischer Wohnblock, was natürlich nicht negativ ist. Allerdings ist der Lift sehr klein und bei grösserem Gepäck muss man halt mehrmals fahren. Oder zu Fuss gehen und das Sportprogramm damit auch gleich erledigen.

Appartamento abbastanza vecchio, da tenere un po’ meglio. La cucina non ha un forno/ microonde. Posto auto non proprio comodo, non essendo vicino alla struttura.

Vista spettacolare e posizione ottima

Vista spettacolare che vale tutto. Posizione ottima davanti al mare, basta attraversare la strada e si è in spiaggia.

L'appartamento è perennemente esposto al sole, che lo rende molto caldo: peccato quindi la mancanza di tende. In fase di prenotazione non chiarissima la questione parcheggio, che in caso di utilizzo si paga a parte con cifre decisamente elevate (soprattutto per il weekend).

Pasquetta al mare

La vista dall'appartamento è meravigliosa, consigliato il balconcino per organizzare un aperitivo al tramonto con vista sulla spiaggia sottostante. Noi abbiamo trovato un'offerta last minute e quindi il rapporto qualità prezzo era veramente ottimo, nulla a che vedere con altre strutture della zona.

Fare attenzione all'ascensore parecchio antiquato.. Nel giro di 10 giorni ci hanno comunicato che due persone sono rimaste chiuse dentro.

Siamo una coppia in viaggio con il nostro amico a 4 zampe 🐾 👩🏽‍🤝‍👨🏻 Svegliarsi con una vista mozzafiato è davvero bellissimo 😍 L’appartamento è davvero carino, Molto pulito e ben organizzato Era ben attrezzato con utensili da cucina Mancava un forno e una tovaglia per i tavoli e dei stracci per pulire Ma tutto sommato davvero bello Posizione perfetta con dei bar e ristoranti nelle vicinanze e attraversando la strada sei subito al mare Posto auto subito dietro all’appartamento ci sono parcheggi a 3 minuti da finale ligure e Noli Noi ci torneremo sicuramente Vi consigliamo questa struttura non vi pentirete 🌅🌊

Le finestre non sono abbastanza isolate con il maltempo si sentiva tutto il fruscio del vento e il mare agitato.

Kleine 2 Zimmerwohnung mit fantastischem Meerblick.

Extrem geniale Aussicht. Einschlafen bei Meeresrauschen ist immer was schönes. Alles sehr sauber, das Bad wurde vor noch nicht allzulanger Zeit saniert. Man bekommt noch 10% Rabatt auf ein lokales Restaurant, was sehr lecker ist.

Das Bettsofa ist sehr durchgelegen und müsste dringend ersetzt werden. Für zwei kleine Kinder mag es noch gehen, aber Erwachsene wachen morgens als Banane auf. Das reguläre Bett ist ganz ok. Man kann beim Vermieter für teuer Geld einen Parkplatz in 15 Min. Gehdistanz mieten. Was einem nicht gesagt wird: direkt hinter dem Haus hat es eine lange Parkzone, die zumindest in der Nebensaison immer Parkplätze verfügbar hat (an sonnigen Wochenenden kanns dann wieder schwierig werden). Unter der Woche ist der (in der Nebensaison) sogar gratis. Mit der Parkapp ein Kinderspiel. Würde nur in der Hauptsaison den angebotenen Parkplatz in Erwägung ziehen.
