- wundervolle Lage über dem Meer, zentrale Lage
- Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bushaltestelle fussläufig
- einfache Kommunikation mit den Vermietern
- zwei Balkone
- Wasser in der Dusche funktioniert gut
- sehr sauber
- Wohnung ist heruntergekommen, Farbe blättert ab, rostige Geländer
- Balkontüren öffnen sich bei starkem Wind und "knallen" wieder zu, sogar wenn die Rolläden geschlossen sind
- ein Stuhl auf dem Balkon und ein Stuhl am Esstisch defekt
- Schränke im Schlafzimmer: 1 Schlüssel kaputt, 1 Schlüssel fehlt, die Schränke öffnen sich selbständig
- Türe im Schlafzimmer fast nicht schliessbar
- eine Store Richtung Meer nicht schliessbar
- winziger Lift
- Parkplätze: am Sonntag Anfang April bei gutem Wetter fast unmöglich, einen zu finden. Unter der Woche gab es genügend freie Parkplätze hinter dem Haus.
- Schlüssel muss 7min. Fussweg entfernt geholt/zurückgebracht werden (störte uns aber nicht)
- Wir waren nur zu zweit und mussten deshalb nicht auf dem Sofa schlafen, welches sehr unbequem aussah.

L'alloggio è al 5° piano con 2 terrazzini e offre una panoramica SPETTACOLARE sul mare, visibile da ogni camera, con vetrate a tutta parete che rendono indimenticabile il soggiorno.
Avendo usufruito del locale ai primi di aprile, nelle ore serali abbiamo apprezzato l'ottimo impianto di riscaldamento autonomo.
Nell'angolo cottura è presente anche una lavatrice.
Le seggiole sul balcone sono parzialmente rotte e andrebbero sostituite.
Nel cucinino manca il forno (sia tradizionale che a microonde).

Posizione e vista magnifica
Manca qualche attrezzo in cucina e consiglio.un Dyson o.similare per la pulizia...la scopa non si può vedere! Anche il materasso.... Con una casa così bella e un'atmosfera unica, rivedrei sicuramente la qualità del materasso e del divano.

La vista e la posizione
Sarebbe utile un strofinaccio in cucina o dello scottex. Gli infissi sono molto vecchi .
