Die zumindest von Außen erscheindende Sicherheit zum Objektzugang, mittels einer Metalltür. Vermieterin hat unbürokratisch Ersatzgeräte und Ausstattung mit Zubehör beschafft.
Die örtliche Lage, die Thematik mit der Eingangstür - Appartment und die Schloßthematik. Heizungseinstellungen war abends nicht ausreichend. Wenn es noch kälter gewesen wäre, hätte man womöglich gefroren. Für 2 Personen im Herbst / Winter ist dies nicht geeignet - Appartment im Erdgeschoß. Das soziale Umfeld im Haus und Umgebung.

Snídaně byla z vlastních zásob. Kadaň je hezké město ve dne i večer.

Krásné, nové, čisté ubytování. V blízkosti centra a vlakové zastávky. Velice dobře byla zařízená kuchyň, prostorná koupelna. Zařízení má i malou a velice pěknou zahrádku. Je možné si koupit nějaké piti přímo na ubytováni formou samoobsluhy.

Předání klíčů a komunikace s paní majitelkou proběhla naprosto bez problémů. Apartmán je vybaven plnohodnotnou kuchyní se skvělým vybavením. V pokoji i v koupelně dostatek odkládacího prostoru a háčků. Doporučuji a kdybych měla ještě někdy cestu do Kadaně, ráda se sem vrátím.
