Easy self check in, we found everything we needed for our short stay! Very clean and pleasant apartment.
We were surprised to see shower in the kitchen, but it wasn't a problem :)

1) location not far from city center
2) price
1) it’s old building and apartments are on the ground floor - cold and noisy.
2) shared bathroom and kitchen with windows :) extremely small shower area, so you just put on the shower cabin))))
3) requires renovation due to previous usage
4) electric heaters available only and they were turned off
5) cleaning is 2 of 5
6) TV is showing just few channels
