Nice quiet location and pleasant host. Comfortable beds.
Hot water wasn't hot all the time (possibly on a timer?) It wasn't that bad, so I never asked about it.

the hosts are really nice people
i think something was misunderstood, it was a house of people and they rented a room (bathroom outside) fortunate there were not other guests so we used the bathroom for our self. no air conditioning and the room is upstairs with a very small window.
