About this house rental
Great beach house that has a seasonally heated pool. Close walk to to the beach. Perfect for family and friends. Luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout with tile flooring in the bathrooms. Two bedrooms have KING beds and the third has bunks for four. All bedrooms have their own bathroom and all have TVs with Youtube TV. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room. Sleeps 10 with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There are four balconies, two are facing the lagoon and set up for outdoor dining and relaxing, and two are facing the pool and have a peek-a-boo beach view. A park style grill is available for great cook outs. Dining area has a table for six and bar stools for four. A mirror A side of the duplex can be booked together for big groups up to 20 (see listing #1405121). Gorgeous saltwater pool in the backyard is private to the duplex.

Great property with great location. There was a few issues with the floors (weak spots). However, what I appreciate is that the owner quickly notified us of the issue, and was very honest and willing to work with us to make our stay pleasant! Would definitely stay again, based on owners response to messages and overall quality of house and his customer service!

First off the property is in a great location a short walk to the amazing beautiful beach. If you don’t care what the place looks like and you are all about location this place is perfect. The bathroom and bedrooms are on the larger side as well. We have stayed in all kinds of places in America and this was probably the dirtiest. The entire place needs some tender loving care and a deep clean. The front door is completely rusted there was sand all throughout the place despite us just checking in. We didn’t worry about that so much but did message the cleaners because in the downstairs bedroom the sheets had not been changed and were rolled up in a ball under the covers. The cleaners did respond quickly and changed them.
The stairs are carpeted and they are disgusting. In my opinion not something the cleaners can deal with quickly should be deep carpet cleaned the entire stay they smelled terrible! The kitchen and living room were very very small and the living room furniture is in bad shape even for a beach house. All of the furniture outside was super dirty and the kitchen table was sticky all over. The pool was nice and it wasn’t bad having to share it with the other side of the duplex. They also promote all their beach equipment so we didn’t bring our own wagon the only thing worth using is the beach chairs they were nice. The whole house is functional but needs work.
