About this villa rental
The villa is very spacious and airy with the large rooms and big opening sliding doors. The villa is on a large plot with big open landscaped garden that gives the villa privacy as well as having no immediate neighbours. Large two bedroomed secluded villa with panoramic views of the ocean and amazing sunsets. Newly constructed 10m infinity pool, barbecue area Pavilion and landscaped gardens. Situated close to the rugged 'Sea Caves' area and just a 10 minute drive to Coral Bay. The house is fully designed to take advantage of its spectacular location. The main entrance is located in the centre of the house with two ground floor bedrooms, each with family en-suite’s, coming off a central hallway. The bedrooms are light and airy, with newly installed top of the range air conditioners and have new king size beds that can be converted into twin beds. The sweeping staircase leads up to the spacious open plan air conditioned fitted kitchen/dining room. Here you will find a coffee machine, dishwasher, oven/hob, microwave, two fridge freezers and well equipped cupboards containing all utensils, pots pans and a complete dinner service. A dining table and chairs, with bar fridge , drinking water cooling machine is also provided. The dining area leads out onto the top deck. This area has modern seating with gas barbecue and an automated pergola for sun bathing or complete shade. Back across the hall the lounge has an L shaped sofa, 55’ LED TV, multi-channel digital receiver, sonos music system, a DVD player and is fully air conditioned. The lounge has a log fire place for Ross cold moths as well a a mobile gas heater. All air conditioners also have heating. All rooms in the house have glass sliding doors to take advantage of the panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.

We had a wonderful 10 days. The villa is fabulous and has everything you need to relax and enjoy your surroundings. We spend a lot of time in the Paphos area and this was the best villa we have stayed in. The sunsets are utterly incredible

3rd year here - all really great as usual.

I have advised the owner already of most of the issues but to recap:
1) Enormous Spider found in a bedroom on arrival. had to call the cleaners.
2) Electronic Gates open and broken for the entire of stay, so reducing security.
3) Replacement TV with no instructions on how to use it. UK TV availability not good. Rats nest of wires and extension leads very dangerous.
4) Few waste paper baskets.
5) Pool edge gets birds defacarting on it and goig in the water all the time.
6) We were without water for a whole day until the cleaner came and he managed to fix it. Two days later the Water Softener engineer came back and complete re piped the installation.
7) New bathrooms are lovely. bit there is nowhere to put bottles of shampoo and wash in the shower cubicles. You need to install some shower baskets on the walls.
8) Sliding windows don't fit properly any more and are very difficult to lock. They really need repairing or replacing and the runners need spraying with Teflon lubricant to make them slide easier.
9) The bath towels need either drying properly or need tumble drying with a scented sheet as they smell awful as though they are musty.
It wouldn't take much to make this a really lovely place to stay, but as much as we can see improvements since 2017 these is still a lot to do.
