Fantastic, spacious villa, perfect location for a peaceful, relaxing holiday.
The villa is very clean and maintained to a high standard by the owner.
The garden and pool area is private and not overlooked.
It has very effective air conditioning throughout.
The large balcony upstairs is perfect for watching the sun go down and the beautiful sunsets.
We have stayed at this villa 3 times and this year we noticed some changes from the original photos, all for the better. The pool has been renovated, the new lining absorbs the heat from the sun which means the water is warmer, there are upgraded sun loungers with padded mats.
The owner is lovely and responds to any messages quickly if you have any questions.
We noticed a previous review about cockroaches, we did not see any evidence of this at all during our 2 week stay, we have never seen any cockroach at the property in any of the 3 times we have stayed and can say the property was lovely and clean, we had absolutely no concerns at all.
Nothing, apart from having to leave! We'll see you next year!

Very spacious
Cockroaches. And big ones too!
The property itself was lovely, just very dated. Could do with some TLC, and some updates.
For a villa this size, the pool is actually quite small.
The photos also need updating on booking.com site as it doesn’t completely match what we saw when arrived.

Perfect location, 5 cafes and bars in walking distance. Quiet and not overlooked. Lovely garden area to walk around and owner responds very quickly to any messages.
There was nothing we didn’t like but some slight improvement suggestions so will list them here.
WiFi was very slow and not good enough for streaming but with sun and pool who needs TV?
A simple arrival booklet or laminated sheet would be useful - WiFi password / advice on where best to put rubbish / how often to expect pool and gardening services / local Taxi numbers / local bar and cafe details / Air Conditioner advice etc
We travelled with millennials who found the WiFi code, googled everything we needed to know etc but an advice sheet would be good.

The view was amazing, pool a good size.
Villa very spacious. Beds comfortable.
Garden interesting and well kept.
No welcome pack or information on how to use things, where the nearest place to buy basic foods etc.
Towels old and thin
Only one key between 6 adults
No light bulb in bedside light
Kitchen lights didn't always work
Pool only cleaned on day 3 then the days before we left (2wk holiday).
