Our group enjoyed the stay, primarily due to the excellent location. It is very convenient, with the town center, shops, and restaurants all within easy walking distance. We also appreciated the proactive service from the host, who offered an extra cleaning after a rain shower.

However, guests should be aware that the property itself is in need of a significant update. The interior feels quite dated and shows significant signs of wear. The sofa, for example, was heavily stained and very uncomfortable to sit on. Many furnishings are chipped or worn. The beds were also very firm and uncomfortable, causing some of us to have back pain. We also encountered a few issues with amenities and cleanliness. The TV was not working, the pool was very slippery, and we found some leftover trash in one of the rooms. Additionally, old mattresses were left lying outside on the property. While the terrace has the potential for a lovely sea view, the hedge surrounding it is far too high, completely blocking the view when seated and making the space feel enclosed. In summary, while the location is fantastic and the service was good, the property requires a thorough renovation of its basic furniture and amenities to match the price and location.
