A localização é ótima e a casa é muito agradável de modo geral. Bonita e tem uma bela vista para o lago no quintal (mas necessário cuidado com crocodilos, pois vimos por 4 dias um crocodilo que subia no quintal das casas vizinhas para tomar sol).
A água dos chuveiros não tinha muita pressão (chuveiros pequenos e com jato não muito forte, até mesmo na suíte master). Pior ainda foi que o aquecedor de água da casa não comporta que dois ou mais banheiros utilizem água quente ao mesmo tempo. Perde performance de forma significativa, o que é um grande problema para quem viaja no inverno, como foi meu caso. Tínhamos que tentar tomar banho em horários diferentes ou alguém tomava banho frio. Também não deixam nenhuma toalha extra e mesmo no banheiro da suíte master deixam apenas um pequeno tapete para o chão, sendo que o banheiro é enorme.
A máquina de secar roupas deu problema inúmeras vezes (o botão de ligar estava com problemas) e ficamos sem poder usar vários dias, pois o telefone de contato via SMS não responde nunca e o escritório nem sempre atendia as chamadas nesse período de fim de ano. Depois descobri que mandando mensagens pelo Booking a resposta era rápida e foi o que nos salvou do estresse. Em uma das visitas, o handy men nos ensinou a "dar um jeito" na secadora, o que poupou que precisássemos chamar várias outras vezes. Nós mesmos já ajeitávamos, mas estava com problema e precisa de substituição.
O colchão do quarto também é muito muito mole (olha que eu costumo gostar de colchões macios, mas esse chegava a ser incômodo).
Outro fator que me incomodou foi que não aceitam aquecimento da piscina parte dos dias da hospedagem. É tudo ou nada. Ou paga por todos os dias ou não tem, mesmo que você avise com antecedência. E o valor do aluguel é caro. Em torno de $600 para 13 diárias.
A casa tem pé direito duplo e há um parapeito no segundo andar, então demanda uma atenção especial com as crianças.
O ar condicionado deixava alguns quartos muito frios (os quartos do fundo em direção ao lago), enquanto que os quartos da frente (voltados para a rua) ficam quentes.

The house has an excellent location to the highlights of Orlando. This is the absolute best part of the house. The house itself is nicely decorated and has 5 bedrooms and 5 baths. The master is very large and the bathroom extremely spacious with a big bath and walk in shower.
The heated pool is overlooking a big nice lake and you are close to the waterpark and gym of the community.
The jacuzzi was broken upon arrival and it took almost 6 days to have it fixed. When it was fixed the outside temperature dropped so we could not use it in the end.
The pool and the area around it, is not very large and only 2 sun beds are available.
For the amount the house is charging you it has too many faults. The couch is too low and worn out. The dining table is unstable and the chairs needs replacement as well. As they are light colored they are full of stains as well, which does not feel very hygienic.
Outside there is a bench that is unstable which needs to be replaced. The bathrooms where you need to shower in the bath, lacks water pressure as not all water goes to the shower head, which makes it uncomfortable to shower.
In the master bathroom the toilet seat was broken and stains were present in the furniture.
All items are not dreadful but for such an expensive house to rent, this is not what you expect.
