House was perfect for large group. Plenty of space. WiFi wasn't great , hard for a few people with us who needed to do some work. But all in all the house is great !

Overall we enjoyed the house. It was plenty big for our group of 7, could easily accommodate more with the 5 bedrooms and bathrooms and it felt very big with the lofted ceilings and open floor plan. The house was very clean. You can tell it's been used as a VRBO with minor wear but that was completely expected. The location is great!! Right across from the Club House Pool that has a lazy river, slides, basketball courts and Volleyball that my kids loved. Our only issue with the house was the pool heat. We paid the extra money to have the pool heated but it was way too hot. When we asked about the pool heat the owner indicated it was initially 104 degrees and then they turned it down to 95 degrees which is still way to hot to enjoy the pool on a hot sunny 80 degree day. We barely used the pool because of this which was disappointing because with young kids we didn't want to have to always walk over to the club pool. We asked for at least a partial refund because of this and we were disappointed we didn't receive one as we paid for something we couldn't really use and it wasn't our fault. So my recommendation is if you decide to heat the pool ask upfront what the temperature setting is going to be before you decide to pay or request that the temperature be around 85 which would be about perfect for the size of the pool.

The house was spacious and well equipped to handle many people. It was updated, warm and welcoming. Luis (host) was very responsive in getting back to me when I had any questions, which was greatly appreciated. The cleaning was a 4/5. My pass to get into the gate to Storey Lake never worked and I had to use the call button each time. Overall, good experience though.

The house itself was very nice and clean. Issues we had for our week long stay:- As soon as we arrived, the internet was not working, and all cell signals to any cellular device are blocked while inside the house. The owner did get the internet fixed after 1.5 days. Technician had to come and replace the router. But for the duration of our stay we had to go outside to use our cell phones.- The entry gate to the neighbourhood did not work the entire time, would not open with the QR code provided. Had to go in through the exit gate which was usually left open- If you plan to cook anything, do yourself a favour and go to walmart and buy a fry pan, etc. The two pans in the house were completely worn out and rusted, did not look healthy to cook on.
