About this house rental
Open floor plan home with ample views of the Leadenham Creek. Salt water swimming pool overlooks 220 feet of shoreline and the screened porch and flagstone deck provide the perfect location to view morning sunrises. The 3 acre property is partially wooded with a large grass lawn waterside for croquet or other lawn games or to wander across to the dock with a bench, floating dock and fish light. There is a stone fire pit by the water and a fire table on the screened porch. Please Note: Swimming pool opens in mid-May (weather permitting) and closes after labor day.
House kitchen is well equipped with Mr. Coffee drip Coffee pot and coffee bean grinder; crock pot; blender, ample dishes and cooking pots.
Mudd room with outside entrance to fenced yard, washer and dryer and 2nd refrigerator/freezer.
Outside grill with side burner for steaming crabs; linens and sheets are provided; high speed internet, smart TV with ROKU and land line phone available. Fenced yard with outside kennel for dogs which will be considered on a case by case basis.
Please note there is a 3 night minimum per County ordinance.

My family just got back from spending 9 days at Susan’s beautiful home and we absolutely loved every minute. We had 4 adults, a dog, and a 3 year old. The kitchen was well stocked, there was plenty of extra blankets and linens, the house was very clean. The outdoor space was beautiful. We spent almost all day in the pool or on the docking crabbing and fishing. It was incredibly quiet here which was very relaxing. I loved that there was enough kitchen items to cook, serve and set places for family dinner every night. The pictures do not do the house justice. We also liked that my husband and our son could next ti each others rooms. There really isn’t anything that hasn’t been thought of here. Susan was also very responsive as questions came up and easy to help with details on the area. Highly recommend her home for an amazing vacation.

We knew that linens were provided, but finding them already on the beds was such a wonderful touch that enabled me to start enjoying the stay right away! The pool was well maintained and we spent most of our time there. I also loved sitting on the screened in porch in the mornings and evenings.

Lovely house in a peaceful location but with access to good shops and restaurants. Kitchen well equipped , beds comfy. Absolutely beautiful setting. Owner was super easy to deal with. We would love to stay again.

This was my 4th stay . Susan, the host takes meticulous detail in maintaining the house. It is a peaceful location on Leadenham Creek. 3 miles from the restaurants in St. Michael's. Great for bike riding. Fabulous pool. Thank you.
