Dock: Private dock with two slips available for guest use on Knapps Narrows, suitable for small boats and kayaks.
Water Toys: 2 kayaks available for guest use; guests should bring properly sized life jackets or arrange local rentals.
Solo Stove Smokeless Fire Pit: Outdoor fire pit in the yard with seating areas facing the water, ideal for evenings by the Narrows. Guests responsible for wood.
