About this house rental
Relax with a glass of your favourite Fleurieu Peninsula wine in your hand while gently swaying in the hammock as the sound of waves breaking of Boomer Beach drift over.
Relax on Barton is a 2 minute walk to Boomer Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in S.A., stretching from Freeman's Nob at Port Elliot right around to Victor Harbor. You can surf, swim, boogie board or just walk on the soft sands. Victor Harbor and the beautiful McCracken Golf Club is only 5 minutes drive away. Middleton is approx 10 minutes away and Goolwa is a 15 minutes drive.
Wonderful walking and bike riding trails. Go for a drive and taste the local wines, beers, cheeses etc and visit the markets on the weekends. Have a game of bowls at the Port Elliot Bowling Club and enjoy the view from the greens, or have a ride on the cockle train.
The house is on one level , easy access and a genuine feeling of spaciousness.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed, a parents retreat with a table and chairs, so you can sit and enjoy the view of the hills. Also a TV, DVD. ensuite and walk in robe.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, wardrobe and dresser.
The 3rd bedroom has 2 single ensemble beds and wardrobe.
The children's lounge room has a sofa , TV and DVD, board games, magazines and books.
The kitchen is fully equipped, has many electrical appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave. wall oven, hot plates and fridge/freezer.
The family room has a lounge with recliner chairs, 50" flat screen TV, DVD & inputs for USB.
There is also a separate lounge room where you can relax and enjoy the view.
Main bathroom has a shower and a bath.
Highchair, porta cot, play pen and baby bath available.
Reverse cycle air conditioner, and ceiling fans.
Washing and ironing facilities.
Timber outdoor setting, flat BBQ and a Weber Q, all under an enclosed pergola.
2 car garage with electric roller doors, direct access into the house.
Quality rain water available.
Secure back yard.

Magnificent holiday home. Clean & tidy had everything & more than you could ask for. Location was great for our golf trip. The host was very friendly & accommodating with the communication between both parties exceptional. Recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay in this area. Cheers Jason
