Large and very well located. Imaginative design features.
Heating was not working. Kitchen light bulb was creating a strobe effect. The manager was very responsive and tried hard to fix the problems. The outside walkways were occupied by pigeons which made quite a mess.

Cozy
Le matelas bas de gamme , pas de rideaux sur la fenêtre de la cuisine , rideau pas assez long sur la fenêtre en face du lit , gros bruit de boom boom h24 des voitures qui soulève les parpaings de la route , entrée du bâtiment étroit et remplis de matériel de construction , salle de bain très belle mais faut faire quelque chose pour ce pommeau de douche bas de gamme quelque chose de fixer et de plus gros serais beaucoup mieux

perfect location
a man (employee of one of the businesses) sat in the courtyard all day and saw when you enter and exit - not a problem and not up to the host but similar to a hotel in that respect. Also may provide some security but lack of privacy
