Pelican’s Perch is a tropical, Caribbean-themed cottage. The kitchen is equipped with Stainless Steel Appliances. Take a three-minute walk to Duval Street for dining and entertainment, a five-minute walk to Sunset Pier, a 10-minute walk to Fort Taylor Beach, a one-minute walk to the Truman Annex pool or, simply stay put and relax. Situated on one of Key West’s most beautiful streets, its front porch is a great place to watch the world go by while rocking in the chairs and viewing parades and Key West's colorful characters:) For those moments when you want to catch some rays, read or dine in peace and quiet, the back porch is one of the largest, quietest and most private in the entire Truman Annex. Surrounded by trees, it overlooks a tropical park, has two lounge chairs and a dining table with room for six. Inside, you can enjoy three flat-screen televisions, wireless internet, brand new tropical Caribbean furnishings and art.
