About this house rental
One of a kind house with 2500 sq ft 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, sauna, fireplace, pool table, large deck overlooking the woods with four burner gas grill and much more. The house comfortably sleeps 12 people
The house is located a short 5 minute walk from pools and all the amenities.
The first floor consissts of open floor plan living, dining, kitchen combo with modern high end kitchen cabinets and tiled backsplash. There is also 3 bedrooms located on first floor including the master bedroom which feautures 500 sq ft and includes full bathroom and sauna. The other bedroom on the first floor has a full bathroom as well. There is another full bathroom in the hallway on the first floor as well. The second floor features 2 bedrooms, one of the bedrooms has 2 queen size beds, loft with a pool table and a futon and full bathroom with whirlpool tub. The house is situated on a flat lot and is backing to state gamelands. This gives you the backyard without the houses backing up to it. You are able to enjoy the tranquility and at the same time you are located in the most central location in the poconos. The shopping centers such as Crossings Outlets , Walmart, Stroud mall and many more are located within 5 mile radius from the community. Most pocono atractions such as water parks and ski lifts are within 10 mile radius. Inside the community you will have access to all the amenities such as outdoor pools, 3 lakes, basketball, voleyball courts and children's playgrounds. The sleeping arrangements are : 5 queen size beds and one king size bed in the master bedroom. Don't miss this one.

We had a great time in the house and enjoyed watching the wildlife on the back deck. It was a very active community, which was nicely located for all the things we wanted to do.

After having a ton of issues with HomeAway finding a property to stay in with some friends to celebrate our graduation last summer, Michael (owner of this property) was kind enough to open his home to our group and was so accommodating. He let us check in a few hours early and out an hour late. He provided us with his cleaning lady's phone number in case we had any issues and even left us some kitchen, bathroom, and cleaning supplies. We had the best weekend ever and I would love to rent from him again. Thank you Michael! You are the best.
