About this apartment rental

Lower Mill Estate, The Cotswolds, is a private estate amidst lakeside trails, rivers and hundreds of acres of green space. It boasts an award-winning spa, numerous swimming pools, an outstanding restaurant and an activity centre.
Whether you hire a kayak, try your hand at paddle boarding, practice your serve or enjoy a drink on your private decking.

This contemporary waterside residence enjoys stunning views over Howells Mere Lake in the highly acclaimed Lower Mill Estate nature reserve. Hazy Blue is a beautifully furnished and well-equipped first floor apartment that is a delight to stay in whilst you enjoy the wonderful surroundings of Lower Mill Estate; including their award-winning spa with heated indoor and outdoor pools, and the larger Cotswolds area. Hazy Blue has three bedrooms and can accommodate six guests, perfect for a break with family or friends. It has been decorated with bespoke artwork and from the lovely selection of children’s toys and books to the patio barbecue, the owners really have thought of all added extras to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible.

KITCHEN
This open plan kitchen is designed for easy living, with all of the necessary conveniences (including a microwave, washing machine and dishwasher) for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday.

LOUNGE/DINING AREA
The dining area for six, which opens onto the balcony with great views of Howells Mere Lake, merges seamlessly into the lounge. The lounge provides a large and comfortable chaise longue sofa and separate armchair allowing flexible seating. The lounge also features an LED TV, DVD and iPod dock.

BEDROOMS
The first of the bedrooms is a comfortable double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe. The second is a cosy bunk bed room. The third is the master bedroom which comprises a double bed, built-in wardrobes and an en-suite.

BATHROOMS
In addition to the en-suite to the master bedroom, there is also a spacious family bathroom with bath.

OUTDOOR
This property has a large balcony with a charcoal BBQ (charcoal not provided), a six seat L-shaped sofa with coffee table, and a small bistro table for two.

ADDITIONAL
Spa use included, please contact the Spa direct for opening times for Guests. Please be aware the Wi-Fi signal varies, there is no fibre optic currently available on the Estate. The homeowner cannot be responsible for slow Wi-Fi connections.

As all our properties are privately owned bedding does differ, If you are allergic to feathers please enquire with the team, you may wish to bring your own bedding.

We have a spa onsite with a bracing outdoor eco-pool, naturally filtered by water lilies. There are two more 20m heated pools – one indoor and one outdoor, a steam room, a sauna and a technogym. Treatments are also available at the spa.
We have Tennis and MUGA counts onsite along with our lakeside nature reserve which is comprised of eight lakes, two rivers and miles of walking trails.

You will also find The Activity Hub onsite and they manage all the equipment hire of bikes, canoes and kayaks - there's something for everyone!

To uphold the ethos of the estate, it does not allow for large single sex groups or excessive noise after 11.00pm. A code of conduct will need to be acknowledged and signed prior to arrival. Please read carefully the policies stated below before booking.

All our properties at Lower Mill Estate, The Cotswolds and Silverlake, Dorset have strict rules to ensure a family friendly atmosphere. Our properties must strictly be used for holiday purposes only and not for working in and or using to commute to and from a place of work. Stag and Hen parties are strictly not allowed at any of our properties, and we reserve the right to cancel your booking if you break the estate rules.
