The room i was given had the most uncomfortable toilet i ever used. the Toilet was so tall i could not even touch with my feet to the ground when sitting on it.
I do understand this was because it was a room that was designed to be usable by people with disabilities as well, which is ok , but that was not stated anywhere in my booking or in the description of the room and it was just extremely uncomfortable to use.
I booked the room 3 months ago, if this was really the only room available i should have been told about it so that i could make a decision , instead i just got in the toilet and had to deal with it.
