I did not expect that the room would be cleaned and the bed made every day. Luca the host was super nice. The common area kitchen was very nice with everything you need. The location could not have been better.... go right out of the door, turn right and walk about 50 steps or less and you are in the main square "Piazza Republica"... this was an awesome cultural experience... the community comes awake for their morning cappuccino and cornetto, then it is quiet for a few hours, then awake again around 1pm, then asleep from 2 to 6pm, and then really alive from 6 to ....well I am not sure, because I went to bed before everyone else! Also, the beaches were awesome... I rented a scooter to get to them which was well worth it.

Not having my wife with me :(( Traveling with your spouse and family really amplifies everything. They would have loved it.

Luca est très aimable et disponible et prévenant. Emplacement bien centré dans cette adorable ville, Bonne surprise avec le coin cuisine (frigo et fruits à disposition).

Escaliers très raides pour certaines personnes certainement.

Luca war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns sogar die Koffer nach oben getragen. Das Zimmer ist sehr edel eingerichtet und trifft genau unseren Geschmack. Wir konnten uns in der Küche ein Frühstück zubereiten und es gab sogar Orangen, um sich einen frischen Saft zu pressen. Lieben Dank

Newly furnished and clean rooms, however there was still something missing… our room and common kitchen were not cozy enough.

1) Breakfast was very very poor and absolutely overrated. We were given with the voucher to the Bar Napoleone. The bar served only the coffee and croissant, nothing else… so we were still starving! It is better to book a room without breakfast and go eat to the PIADA FACTORY near to the hotel. 2) Hotel is very good located, so you should be also aware of the BIG noise from the street. 3) NO elevator.
