Accoglienza di Luca ottima, massima disponibilità e cordialità.Stanza con arrendi nuovi e di qualità, pulita e bagno ampio.Possibilitá di utilizzare un forno a microonde nell' area comune e macchina e del caffè e bollitore in camera.Posizione centralissima comodo per girare a piedi in città.
Le scale per accedere alle camere sono abbastanza ripide da valutare se l'ospite ha problemi a camminare

Newly furnished and clean rooms, however there was still something missing… our room and common kitchen were not cozy enough.
1) Breakfast was very very poor and absolutely overrated. We were given with the voucher to the Bar Napoleone. The bar served only the coffee and croissant, nothing else… so we were still starving! It is better to book a room without breakfast and go eat to the PIADA FACTORY near to the hotel.
2) Hotel is very good located, so you should be also aware of the BIG noise from the street.
3) NO elevator. Please see the picture with stairs in the hall ;-)
