About this house rental
Colonial style home situated within walking distance from the infamous Montauk Fishing Capital of the World. Residence is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Price listed is for two guests. One master bedroom plus common space living room accommodates additional sleeping arrangements of two sofas wherein one sleeps two, the other sleeps one. Advertised rate is for 1-2 guests.
There are absolutely no parties hosted or large gatherings (over 5) permitted on the property. Caretaker resides on premises in a separate attached apt in the rear to address any immediate concerns.
This residence will accommodate a total of 5 guests. Surcharge of $75 per person / night over 2 guests with a maximum of 3 additional guests will apply. Walking distance to some of Montauk's Famous restaurants including, West Lake Fishing Lodge, Gosman's Dock, Star Island & Montauk Yacht Clubs, Uihlein's Ski Rentals & Parasailing, Beach and Jetties. I offer discounted weekly and monthly rates upon availability. Message me for details.
Also there is an outside ring doorbell (camera) at the entrance to the house for the security and well being of our guests.

John was very accessible and sweet with his communications, looking to make it a great visit for me. The house was clean, comfy, nicely stocked with coffee (!) and located in a nice quiet neighborhood with only songbirds making any sound. Highly recommend!

Great house in Montauk in quiet neighborhood minutes from beaches. Plenty of room for family of four with fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of fresh linens and pillows. Owner was super nice and available for any questions.
